Partner programme

What is the partner programme? 

The partner programme has as its goal to find appropriate jobs for partners of new employees that do not hail from the North through the Noorderlink network. Noorderlink’s network is actively used to help partners in finding suitable jobs and supporting them in labour marker orientation.

Why a partner programme?

In recruiting new personnel – especially in cases in which adequate personnel is hard to find – Noorderlink organisations occasionally face tough issues.

The organisations that collaborate in Noorderlink concluded that in recruiting personnel, all organisations were recruiting from the same pool of people, a pool that is steadily draining. To still be able to find the best employees an organisation will have to distinguish itself from others. One way to do this is by making obstacles for people from outside the North of the Netherlands as small as possible. One regularly recurring obstacle was the lack of an appropriate function or career perspective for partners. That is why we introduced the partner programme.

In their recruitment campaigns, Noorderlink organisations will refer to the partner programme.
